Happy Furniture, founded in 2005, manufactures furniture from its factory in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, Vietnam, employing 501 to 1000 workers. Its indoor range covers dining, bedroom, occasional, vanity, youth, and living room furniture, alongside outdoor and office furniture lines, using oak, metal/aluminium, and upholstery fabric.

The factory includes product development, white wood production, finishing, packaging, showroom, warehouse, and timber merchandising facilities. Happy Furniture offers OEM and ODM manufacturing support, including technical drawings and sample development, for international brands and retailers.

The company exports to North America. Samples take 15 to 30 days, with lead times of about 75 days for new orders and 45 to 60 days for repeat orders.
